The base stays firmly on the floor without slipping. The size is proper, yet the lid can't stay open steadily.

This one is nearly identical to most similar items on the market, and they all share the same fundamental design flaws.
1. They lack sufficient depth, making it hard for the elderly to look down and spot the handrails to grip. They need to be about 3 to 4 inches deeper for elongated toilets.
2. The rear support bar rises together with the handles. It should be adjustable downward to rest firmly against the toilet base for better stability and prevent collision with the toilet seat back.
3. Improving the second issue would boost stability, yet I still had to add fixing straps to the one I bought. It tips over easily when elderly people grab only one side.

This is the worst purchase I've ever made! It keeps shifting out of place. Do not buy this product at all. It’s supposed to attach firmly to the toilet, but it’s extremely flimsy and could easily cause someone to fall.

It serves its purpose and is easy to use. I feel safer

The seat is too narrow. I then installed a ring around the toilet, but it was much easier to use the original seat. It's better to buy one that you can install around the toilet.
