It's easy to assemble, but I wish it had suction cups to hold it firmly to the floor, and it didn't fit well behind the lid, being set too far back to be usable.

I had back surgery and this was great. I don't have a grab rail and don't plan on installing one. As others have said, it does move a little but I found that if you sit/stand and put some weight on it, it works just fine. I also like the height adjustment. You can make it to fit you perfectly and you can always loan it to someone who needs a different height. I also like that you can rotate the front legs in or out to make it wider. I would recommend it considering the price. Not sure if you could get a better one if you paid more for a medical grade product.

I have a temporary need for it after surgery. This self-contained unit allows me to move it wherever I need it, day or night. It's strong and lightweight. It has suction cups so it won't slip. The big drawback is that it was missing a vital screw. It took a quick trip to the local hardware store to find the screw. I hate to think what would have happened if I hadn't realized the media was not secure. We recommend using the product with great care and doing your own quality check before use.

We have them installed in both bathrooms and they are easy to set up and store when needed.
