I like the quality. It's cute. I don't like having to reach behind the shower head to switch the lever from the shower head to the hand shower. For ease of use, the switch should be located on the handheld part. The only action you can perform from the handheld device is to pause the water. I think it's nice to conserve water when shaving or soaping.

The shower head and its accessories are quality products and are great value for money. The pressure is what we were looking for in an attachment. The shower head gives a nice flow of water. I would recommend this product.

Installation was easy, you don't have to get it close to the wall and my first concern was getting the shower head level. My first shower after installation I didn't want to get out of the shower. Perfect. The handheld is also great and has many features and settings. The transition between the shower and the ramp is comfortable and smooth. I would recommend this product if you are looking to upgrade.

The pivot angle that the handheld device sits on isn't good enough, and I had to buy an adapter because the water spurts out the back of the shower, which meant I had to shower six feet away from the wall for the water to hit me accurately.

This sprayer has a lot of features but leaks badly. I have had it repaired several times but it continues to leak and squirt water everywhere. I don't want to change it as it may void my purchase.
